This is to formally raise a complaint regarding a misleading product listing and repeated incorrect deliveries.
I ordered “Olivia Clear Skin Herbal Face Wash for Acne Control – 120 ml (Pack of 2)” from Myntra. However, I have consistently received 60 ml units instead of 120 ml, even after requesting two exchanges.
Receiving the wrong product once can be considered an error, but repeating the same mistake multiple times indicates either serious negligence or misleading product information.
This is unacceptable. I request:
Immediate clarification on the correct product listing
A full refund or delivery of the correct product as advertised
Necessary action to correct this listing to prevent misleading other customers
Expecting a quick and responsible resolution.
All over very good smoothness of the conditioner and also shampo really mild but one issue is the quantity of shampoo may be small
