Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Olivia Beauty, customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy explains the conditions for returns, refunds, and replacements to help make your shopping experience simple and transparent. Our policy follows applicable Indian e-commerce laws and the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023.
Returns
We do not accept returns for products that have been:
- Opened or used
- Tried or tested
- Damaged after delivery
- Purchased by mistake or due to a change of mind
This policy helps us ensure every customer receives safe and hygienic products.
When Can I Request a Replacement?
We will gladly replace your order if you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective product
- The wrong product
- An item with missing contents
To request a replacement:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Email us at care@oliviabeauty.in.
- Share a continuous unboxing video showing the package being opened from start to finish.
- Keep the product unused and in its original packaging.
Please note that claims without an unboxing video may not be approved.
Once verified, approved replacements are usually dispatched within 7–21 business days.
Refund Policy
As our products are non-returnable, refunds are generally not available.
Refunds will only be considered in special situations such as:
- Your order was cancelled by Olivia Beauty before dispatch.
- Your order could not be delivered due to operational reasons.
- The same order was charged more than once.
- A refund has been approved after verification by our support team.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD orders:
- Products are eligible for replacement only, not refunds.
- Any advance amount paid for a COD order will be refunded only if the cancellation is due to an operational issue from our side.
Advance COD charges will not be refunded if:
- The order is refused at delivery.
- The delivery address is incorrect or incomplete.
- The customer is unavailable to receive the order.
- The order is cancelled after dispatch for personal reasons.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.
How to Raise a Request
If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
