- We will be liable to re-share pictures, videos or content which you will be posting on your social media pages.
- We will dispatch the products only after confirmation between the two parties on official email.
- You cannot make any unsubstantiated claims about any third party, its products or services in any content related to our brand.
- Protect your privacy by keeping in mind that your posts are public. Don't share personal or sensitive information about you or your family that you may not want to make available to the public.
- In the event Influencer materially breaches this agreement, in addition to the termination rights hereunder, the Company shall be entitled to recover all costs.
- Company grants to Influencer a temporary license to use the Brand Affiliates name and promotional materials as may be necessary to achieve the promotional purpose but only in compliance with the Guidelines.
